J&J (Pty) Ltd is a management holding company founded by Jay Naidoo and Jayendra Naidoo. J&J focuses on the services, communication, government and para-statal sectors. J&J provides strategic planning, managerial expertise, access to high level decision makers and key consumer groups, and entrepreneurial partners.

J&J invests significantly in existing enterprises, the creation of start-ups and forges partnerships between J&J and other parties, on a value-adding basis. J&J has identified market niches where it is able to offer services and products directly or through joint ventures, thereby increasing the value of its partners. Africa and Asia are targeted for the delivery of the above products and services through J&J's e-Business venture. J&J's vision is:

• To create a market opportunity in the smartcard, mobile and Internet e-commerce sectors as the channel for the new services to the unbanked, underbanked and developing world markets. This will be executed through a joint venture between Union Alliance and J&J, titled MOTU Technology Limited.
